Meeting Konrad's twin brother for the first time part 1 and discussing Gavin, Polly and Luz.
Cologne, Germany. Saturday 30th September 2023. (Off-Camera)
A month ago, Kemal met Konrad for the first time in Turkey, helping the workers clean up the mess from the earthquakes and rebuild buildings. He went from being homeless in the streets of Antakya, Turkey, to having some money, but still nowhere near what he made in his Judo and MMA gym while becoming so close to being a black belt. In the last few months, he had wondered what other career Konrad was hiding from Kemal, since he had to go back and forth towards America and Germany.
Mainly because Kemal noticed that Konrad had to go back to the US every weekend. Whether it was because it was wrestling is unknown at this time, although while he walked around the wrestling school as he was staying in the student room, he saw a school that wasn't a wrestling one, as obviously, he had seen the wrestling area. It occurred to him that it was a new discovery that Konrad hid from Kemal, with the logos being a design of something.
Kemal Yilmaz: “Konrad's a racing driver as well?”
It was a massive mystery for Kemal, who barely knew Konrad well beyond discussions about his wrestling career and learning how to wrestle, skills Kemal didn't already have. Konrad was already impressed with what he's done so far. But another guy was coming into the gym, someone Kemal had never met before, a guy wearing a flame black and red mask and his wrestling gear. The guy heard Kemal's question as he responded to it.
Guy in a red and black stripy mask: “Yes, he is.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “He never told me that. Anyway, who are you?”
Guy in a red and black stripy mask: “Most likely because you're his new student and he wants you to focus on wrestling. I'm Konrad's twin brother and co-owner of this wrestling school, Markus Raab, or I'm known as Lord Raab.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “Damn, Konrad never told me about you either. Never told me about his family, just tells me about his wrestling career and what happened in the beginning and stuff.”
Lord Raab: “Like I said, he's focused on getting you into the wrestling business, which is why I'm here also. But we're having a day off today, so I can get to know Konrad's new student more. He told me to come and see you. He told me to come and train you at times as well.”
It was a new discovery for Kemal, and sure, he was much bigger than Konrad, but there was something about him that Kemal didn't understand. The wrestler who was going to train Kemal as well as Konrad, Kemal saw a Konrad lookalike, and he addressed this.
Kemal Yilmaz: “You look exactly like Konrad, outside the wrestling costume, no offence.”
Lord Raab: “None taken, lad. That's why we're having an introduction together: so I get to know you more, and you get to know The Raab Family a lot more as well before we train together tomorrow.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “I want to train now.”
Lord Raab: “You must rest occasionally because if you don't, you'd have serious injuries if you continue to wrestle without resting. Besides, Konrad told me not to train you until the next day so you get used to him and me, seeing that I'm going to train you as well.”
It was true that Kemal's discovery was another story altogether, that he found out more about the Raab Brothers than Konrad already told Kemal about, mainly because they were so focused on wrestling training and that Konrad had to go back and forth to America every week, that they barely could talk about life situations. Konrad knew from discussing with Lord Raab about Kemal's hardship and the potential he sees in Kemal for the future.
Lord Raab: “Hey, fancy going out for a bite?”
Kemal Yilmaz: “Sure thing.”
Both Raab and Kemal got up from the floor. Kemal went to his student bedroom, which he was temporarily staying in at the moment, to change into his regular clothes. He met up with Lord Raab, and they left to go to an Italian restaurant. Before Kemal goes in, he has something to say to Lord Raab, who didn't know Kemal.
Kemal Yilmaz: “I can't eat pork because I'm a Muslim.”
Lord Raab: “Yes, Konrad told me about that. They do vegetarian pizzas if that's better for you.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “It certainly is.”
They went in, knowing Lord Raab was right when Italians provide Italian vegetarian food. They took a seat in the restaurant and looked at the menu to decide what they wanted to eat and drink. Twenty minutes later, they stated what they wanted to the waiter, and then five minutes later, she went off and brought their drinks over.
Lord Raab: “So you were the unusual student of ours. You didn't come to us to be part of The European Fiery Nation; it was Konrad making that offer to you. First of all, I'm glad you're part of this team. We can make you a major wrestler one day.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “So this racing gag Konrad's going on, is that why he keeps flying to America every week?”
Lord Raab: “Yes, that's exactly why I'm here to help Konrad train you. We co-own this wrestling school to help promote future European talent outside the UK and Ireland to enter the business. There are enough UK and Irish wrestlers in the business. We cater to every other European country, though.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “I agree that I hear more British and Irish wrestlers than in any European country. No wonder you and Konrad want to develop more European wrestlers to give them the opportunities no other Europeans would get.”
Raab nods at Kemal, saying the right things. He had only been at the wrestling school for a month. Their drinks come. Raab orders a pint of beer, while Kemal opts for Orange Juice. They go to discuss a lot more about the situation.
Lord Raab: “That's right, and it was extremely difficult for us to get into the wrestling business at the time. Konrad was lucky; he was with his now ex-wife, who got him involved in professional wrestling. While I couldn't, and there were no wrestling schools in Germany back then, I didn't know anyone in the wrestling business either. So I stole my twin brother's real name back then to get myself in the business in APW, which is now a closed company.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “That's a big history, and I completely understand that you had to find a way to work in the wrestling business by stealing your twin brother's name. Until someone obviously caught you both and got you two arrested for fraud.”
Lord Raab: “Yep, and we looked so alike that we had to take DNA tests, only to discover that we are twin brothers. Then we had to, by law, as the name was also under lawsuit, we were forced to change our names in court, which is why Konrad has that name and I have Markus.”
Raab knew the differences between the UK and the US in terms of law and how his and Konrad's court case may have come to the worst. They received their food with Kemal opting for vegetarian pizza, while Lord Raab went for the traditional pasta bolognese and continued eating.
Kemal Yilmaz: “Then who trained you to be a wrestler?”
Lord Raab: “That's why I wear these clothes and mask because it was all thanks to this German wrestler who cared for me, even go to say I'd rather die one day because of that.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “What an awesome guy he must've been to get you this far in the business in your life.”
Lord Raab: “I am and I'm also lucky this guy saved my life a lot more from not me wanting to commit suicide.”
That was the most challenging part for Lord Raab to tell a fellow wrestler, with Kemal widening his eyes. He understood something related to what he went through with the earthquakes, and the same thing was happening with Kemal. Kemal went right ahead in response.
Kemal Yilmaz: “Although I almost gave up on my life because of the earthquakes, you overcame that somehow.”
Lord Raab: “Because of wrestling. Wrestling saved my life since I wasn't going anywhere with my life, and it wowed me when I saw that hardcore match for the title.”
There was a lot more to say about the Raab brothers' connection that only Kemal was told about, not even being in for a cup of tea, but it suits the British wrestlers as they wanted to enjoy the meal they got for a bit.

Three bunch of useless wrestlers who aren't going to perform well and will be messed up by me youtube.com. (On-Camera)
“I mean, seriously now, I have to face three people in the ring and one of them I beat before in the ring. Gavin Taylor, the less said about him, the better, to be honest, because yeah, I get it, an accomplished wrestler, but seriously, he's done nothing to interest me, and he's been quiet as a stone. OK, sure, I've lost my matches via submission, up against more advanced technical wrestlers, and I'm not going to make excuses for that. But Gavin Taylor has done nothing. The last time I remember him is when he became a crybaby, since I can't swear on being arrested for a crime he shouldn't have committed in Germany.
Then we have Polly Pingotti, who's been wasting time a lot with Meghan Strader as of late, for some reason. Seeing I'm the only EFN member who's a solo wrestler that's not fought against Meghan, I can't say too much since Polly is someone I don't understand. You were meant to be the star of the Body, Heart and Soul team, but instead, both Aisling and especially Colleen members overshadowed you in a big way. If you had stuck to your psycho Polly, apart from your TV title defence, you would've won more titles by now, but you didn't because you turned weak to be this girl who cares about her former tag partners. Always wondered why the Body, Heart and Soul team stopped being a tag team. If me and Oskar had to face each other, we would beat the living out of each other and wouldn't care about each other as tag partners at all. We make the match as if we weren't friends at all.
What is happening with you, Polly, that you can't find any momentum? Fact is you shouldn't be wasting time with a motorcycle member who's sucking up to her ego about how she'll be World Champion by the end of the year and how she really doesn't care about wrestling in SCW. Losing to that girl is sad. Even Oskar and Konrad are disgusted on how they lost to her, especially Konrad who hates motorcycle gangs.
You should be leaps and bounds better than Colleen and Aisling. Speaking of Aisling, where is she these days? Rarely seen her on the roster. But you're not worth the time or effort in wrestling against, since you've done nothing to give anyone else attention. While I've had matches of my life against technicians wrestlers because I love wrestling technical wrestlers, I love technical wrestling. I find it challenging to find my way out of situations. I give you props that at least you deserve a SCW World Title as you've won the TV title in the past, compared to Meghan, who doesn't seem interested in winning any other title, apart from the World Title.
But you have a lot of work to do before you get there. Heck, I know I've got a lot of work to get another title shot, too, and that takes a man like me to say that. But I will likely break the rules in this match because I highly doubt Gavin will, and I certainly know boring La Pequena Luz won't either. Bring the psycho Polly back to give these boring wrestlers a show of brutality and pain.
Something that I know La Pequena Luz is entirely against. I get it. You and your tag partner won the tag belts, even if you and your partner chickened out initially by refusing to defend those titles against Dakon and Ludvig because you thought they didn't deserve them. It wasn't until you were forced to defend the titles against them because they were passionate about winning those tag titles. Until an undeserving Chris Dumont, who had no business being in a tag title match without a partner, was praised for his efforts because he went out to do it on his own instead of finding a tag partner like a coward he was.
Do you honestly think it was a good idea for Chris to be in the match on his own for the tag titles? It's in the name, tag titles, not solo titles, and that's what Chris should've done, gone for solo titles if he wanted to win a title by himself. The team are still angry about it, especially how you thought they were undeserving when they've been the only team dedicated to the tag division. Also, it's pathetic that they've not been in many tag matches lately, and they are tired of waiting around to wrestle as a team again, along with not receiving a tag title shot since then.
Honestly, you and your tag partner are weak when you're solo wrestlers since you're another team like Body, Heart and Soul that lost your way with the tag division and gave up to go on a solo run. You may be an exception compared to Body, Heart and Soul, who never were interested in the tag titles since you both won the belts. I'm the only one out of the four of us who has a bright future. Also, it would be better if you didn't respect the rules of the wrestling business since you and your tag partner are boring. Would have personalities of the pair of you if you switch things up a bit, who knows? Also, I want to use weapons as well, you know, I love the thought of smacking someone across the head with weapons. But I love technical wrestling just that bit more because I was primed to be an MMA fighter, until Earthquake in Turkey destroyed that dream.
Especially when the leader of EFN retires, I will be that leader, and I will not be using any sort of swear words because my religion is against that. Still, while I may tend to show respect a little more often, I will also be that angry guy who won't have any issues throwing acid in all three of your faces. I'm an acid waiting to happen since nobody gave a damn about me when I lost everything in the earthquakes and I would've been dead from suicide if it wasn't for Konrad. I'm not entered in the rumble because I'm nowhere near ready for the rumble or the world title shot itself, when I want to improve my technical and hardcore skills and win a lower-ranked title belt before doing so. I don't like matches where you win based on luck, and the chances of anyone winning the rumble are only one per cent, so entering the rumble would do nothing for me when I'd just be another body to add to the numbers.
I'd rather be in this match where I'll mess you all up in the ring. I'm pent up from letting all of my anger out in the ring, causing you all to bleed and causing violence because I'm angry at how people just don't care about what I've been through with earthquakes and being a little different from my teammates who love technical wrestling before hardcore wrestling. Still, I want to be a hardcore wrestler as well. I'm letting out all of my aggression in the match and will deliver to make one of you tap out and win the match because my future is bright to win both solos and tag titles for EFN shortly.”
