Review on Kemal's wrestling training and back in action against Gavin Taylor.
Cologne, Germany. Wednesday 25th October 2023. (Off-Camera)
A month since Kemal met Lord Raab for the first time, he had been training hard with him, getting to know more of the stories of the past regarding Lord Raab. He knew more than he ever could with Konrad which was saying a lot. Of course, Konrad had been back a few times, but because he was in the playoffs for NASCAR Xfinity Series, although Kemal had seen Konrad been stressed as of late along with Lord Raab, which Lord Raab could tell in an instance, especially when he requested to Konrad to let his anger out on him for Kemal to take a break for an hour.
They were brutally beating the hell out of each other or rather Konrad was to get every ounce of anger out of himself until he wore himself out as he breathes in and out. Lord Raab called Kemal in and they had no idea why Konrad was so stressed out for the last few weeks. They sit on the floor to drink some water that Kemal provided for himself, Lord Raab and Konrad Raab as they open the bottles and drink some water. Lord Raab had to shake his head.
Lord Raab: “What an earth has been going on, Konrad? We needed to wrestle each other to get your anger out.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “It's nothing to do with me, is it? I've been performing at my very best and I don't recall doing anything that would piss you off. Sure, I've made mistakes, but I'm learning and I want to be the very best.”
Lord Raab: “You do need to tell us, especially if the kid is blaming himself for pissing you off.”
Konrad Raab: “It's not you at all Kemal. You're doing perfect and Lord Raab would agree with you with the training you've done with him he's told me. We're proud of you. You, Lord Raab and Jasmine Williams are the only people in my life that haven't pissed me off. It's everything else and I'm sorry if I hurt you and you thinking you did something wrong.”
Lord Raab patted Konrad's shoulder, knowing he had more of a story to tell as Kemal speaks up about Konrad apologising.
Kemal Yilmaz: “I get it after what Markus told me about your past life. I understand that hatred you have for your dad.”
Konrad Raab: “No, it's not that. It's two things. I was fired from Brad Rogers Racing and I'm absolutely terrified of this SCW World Title match. Yes, Kandis is my enemy and I'm ready to beat her, but the world title is something I'm not prepared for. Last time I fought for one, I literally vomited and wanted to run away from it. I did run away for a long time because I get anxiety attacks over it.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “Oh, is that why you're teaming with Asher Hayes, because you're afraid of becoming world champion and Asher isn't?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes, that's exactly it.”
It was hard for Konrad to admit the truth of his situation that he was in, but he could with Raab and Kemal because he was more than happy to open and express the situation and it was the reason why he was only in the title match because Kandis was champion. He didn't care for winning the championship. He wasn't prepared for that and he knew it.
Lord Raab: “I understand because you rarely get world title shots, but I had no idea you had anxiety attacks from being in world title matches.”
Konrad Raab: “Yeah, well it's true. I have a sports psychologist to help me through this, but I still worried about the anxiety attack I'll get. As I said, it's why I prefer to avoid them than going after the world title.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “I understand.”
Of course they needed to move onto something else that Konrad said that also affected him with his anger as well.
Lord Raab: “Wait, you've won races with Brad Rogers Racing, why the fuck were you fired? That's bullshit.”
Konrad Raab: “Because they are banning everyone from doing dirt racing and I couldn't agree with that and on top of Toyota having a lot of future young kids and they didn't want me anymore. But on Friday, I'm joining a new racing team with an official announcement from them with me in the press conference. So that won't be a problem in the future.”
Kemal Yilmaz: “Congratulations. I did notice the Brad Rogers Racing banners being down and I guess that's why. That's pretty disgusting.”
Konrad nodded in agreement with Kemal along with Lord Raab too but they had to address the training situation with Kemal as he was the factor here as Raab continued from the discussion they had earlier.
Lord Raab: “You remind me a lot like Samuel actually, you know my husband I spoke about?”
Kemal Yilmaz: “Well, I was going to be an MMA star and was going to make it to the big leagues as well.”
Konrad Raab: “I still think you need to work on having a character for yourself. Everyone has a wrestling character that stands themselves out from the rest. If you don't have something that stands you out from every wrestler on the planet, you're just a regular wrestler who's good at their skills.”
Lord Raab: “He's right, you do need to develop your personality. You're wrestling is top noch and on par. Nothing wrong with what you do at all.”
Konrad Raab: “I still think you need to build up some stamina. Sure, you're circumstances are the reason why you're still slow, but at the same time, you still need to build it up and work on it.”
Kemal gets disappointed on the feedback he gotten about his stamina being poor which was something that Konrad more can related to as he goes into detail about it, especially when it came to his past.
Konrad Raab: “Hey, I wasn't a perfect wrestler when I came in. I needed to work on my stamina as well, but unlike you that needs to put on a few pounds, I needed to lose a lot of pounds. I was very overweight and extremely sloppy in the ring.”
Lord Raab: “Heck, I've been having a high flying weakness my entire career. I know I can never improve on it because of my size. No matter how many times I try to do a moonsault, I just land flat on my face. I just can't do high flying moves.
Kemal Yilmaz: “Wow so there are some weaknesses that can't be improved on at all, no matter what you try to improve on?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes and my stamina can never be improved because of my age. Sure I've improved overtime, but it's still an issue and you know what I did to improve my stamina during the early days to lose a lot of pounds?”
Kemal Yilmaz: “What's that?”
Konrad Raab: “Playing football for US teams with LA Galaxy and then Chicago Fire when I moved to Chicago after I split up with my ex.”
It was a very hard listen which even shocked Lord Raab in a way. Because Lord Raab had no idea that Konrad play soccer professionally for a bit, but it did inspire Kemal, especially football is a pretty big sport in Turkey. He lit his eyes up at the idea of repeating what Konrad does.
Konrad Raab: “Am I seeing that you like to play soccer?”
Kemal Yilmaz: “Yes, it is a big sport in my country after all. If I need to work on my stamina, I suppose I could go to a football team and do training.”
Konrad Raab: “That's great. Me and Lord Raab know a lot of friends in FC Koln and you could train there and be apart of the reserves team for a bit, but I also want you to get a job too.”
Lord Raab: “He's right, you always need a bit of spending money so a job is very important, even just to do a small amount of hours. Because believe us when you need the money to go to United States so you can afford a house and flight tickets.”
Kemal looked at Konrad to see what Lord Raab was saying was true and he nodded right at Kemal, knowing it was a wise decision as he did have a passport and documents that he could technically work in Germany and he recently got a temporary bank card. They drink some more water together as they had during the time of the breaks.
Kemal Yilmaz: “That I can do and sure, I wouldn't mind to play soccer to build up on stamina, especially I'm not always going to be wrestling everyday anyway so I think that's a great idea, especially I want to live up to Konrad's wrestling legacy.
Konrad Raab: “Well, you have the technical skills and I know with your religious stuff too, you already stand out from me, but I admire you want to live up to the legacy I made to the business.”
Lord Raab: “But you got to make your own legacy. Me and Konrad aren't going to be around for much longer and I know Konrad is going to eventually move up to the Cup Series driver in the future. So a lot depends on what improvements you can make in the next few weeks.”
Konrad Raab: “Before I can say what I got lined up for you Kemal, but you got to work in your stamina and building your personality and character before I can give you something that will change your life forever. For now, keep working hard because me and Lord Raab are so proud of you. I got to head back to America, see you both next week.”
Konrad leaves the training place to head straight towards the airport to fly back to America because of having to do racing activities while Raab said to Kemal to call off training for the day and come back tomorrow and heads back to his home in Germany. Kemal on the other hand had a lot to think about when it comes to improving on his stamina to play football was something he could do as he heads back to his room in the training school and heads off to sleep for the day as he did a lot of training non stop.

"Gavin. How many times do we have to fight each other? Like it's a repetitive cycle that each time we've fought, I've always overcome you and guess what? Nothing between me and you has changed whatsoever. So I don't have much to say to you to be honest because you've been beaten by the master of technical wrestling which I prefer more over hardcore wrestling. Hardcore wrestling is my second favourite. But I much prefer technical.
Much prefer to suplex someone on their head than use a chair because I was going to be an MMA fighter until the earthquakes happened that I lost everything Gavin. You had everything handed to you on a silver platter, worked for nothing and got into the wrestling business easily. I was a lost puppy in the woods, having everything stolen from me, losing everything. I was barely surviving in the streets, even to a point I nearly died.
I would've done if Konrad didn't come to the rescue to save my ass because I needed him as much as he needed me. I'm proud that me and him won against The Scared Project and The Sex Addict Connection. We won fair and square, straight up, but you didn't Gavin. You lost and that's all you continue to do is lose because of your lack of effort of being in the wrestling business since I've been here.
While I've been consistently putting out banger matches, even winning a few matches as well. Even the wrestling fights we've had, I still don't know anything about this All Star Gavin. Oh sure, you've had wins here and there, but nobody really remembers due to your lack of effort as of late. Maybe something will change that you would actually give me a proper fight instead of me winning against you easily without really a fight in your bone.
You never even won a title match for the US title because you lacked that spark. At least you said more before the Scramble match for US title contention match than you ever did with me. It seems you go from being a bad guy to being a hero. Typical boring hero stories these are and you got beaten by David Striker. Imagine that, David Striker grabbing the contract and you couldn't. What makes you think the SCW staff will give you a US title shot?
That's the question isn't it? That you were in the match instead of Oskar Theron who's literally pissed off that he wasn't in the Rise To Greatness event. So much so that he's signed up to another wrestling company because sitting on the sidelines wasn't cutting it for him. All because he should've been in this match who's put more effort than you have in the last few months. Only when that title contention match came up you suddenly stood up.
Pathetic man you are that you're so weak minded. More so you don't want to be a bad guy anymore to change and I don't admire people who have to change because they can't stand out. I'm not changing anytime soon to please people, especially when none of them ever cared about me when I was out in the streets, begging for food and drink, almost dying in the street. You would know nothing about that.
There is literally nothing else to say and I'm not going to keep bragging about winning my first ever Rise To Greatness PPV match because that's all said and done. I'm simply going to do what I've always done since we've encountered for the first time, make you tap out to me because I'm a far better wrestler than you. The stats don't like and I better hope Gavin doesn't become weak to beat me.
Also when I win the US title, I would destroy any credibility it has to it because I'd change it to European championship because I believe being from Europe and the whole US thing, doesn't work for someone from Turkey. I'm a guy that will lead the future and you'll see why as I will make you tap out and win this match to move on from facing you. That's the end of it.”
